Miami’s Urban Film Festival kicks off in historic Overtown

MIAMI – Miami’s Urban Film Festival brings five days of events to promote local talent on Labor Day Weekend. The event kicked off with a party at the historic Lyric Theater, 819 NW 2nd Ave., in Miami’s Overtown on Thursday. And the opening night film, Fade Away, screened at the theater on Friday night.
